- Damage to frozen food due to an accidental thawing of the freezer is not covered
- Skis and bicycles are not included in the cover against simple theft away from home
- Damaged and lost luggage cannot be insured

This includes ceramic hobs, kitchen worktops, coverings in bathrooms and around fireplaces, sinks, wash basins, bath tubs, dome lights, glass parts of solar panels and photovoltaic systems, etc.

- Personal legal protection insurance for safeguarding one's legal interests in cases pertaining to contract law is automatically included. (Example: if a coffee machine that is still under guarantee is not repaired free of charge or if the hotel is far from being in line with the information in the travel brochure, etc.)
- You can also include a cyber risk package in your insurance. It provides support in the event of data loss (cost of data recovery), infringements of personality rights (reputation management, legal protection and psychological counselling), breaches of copyright, plus misuse with respect to online payments and transactions (legal protection and residual financial loss).
