For more than 5 listings: how to import your properties
You can download the Comparis Excel template and complete it with your properties. You can add up to 13 images as a URL. We'll copy it and add it to your listing on Comparis.
Click on “Import to user account”. This allows you to conveniently edit, manage and publish all your properties in your My Comparis user account. After importing, you can check each listing carefully before publishing, and make any necessary changes.
Does everything look good? When you click on “Publish”, your listing will be received by Comparis. Your will soon property appear on comparis.ch and is sent to people who may be interested via email.
FAQs about importing
To import your listings quickly and easily, we provide you with an Excel template on request.
Importing property listings by uploading the Excel template to your user account is free of charge and reserved for selected partners.
You can check imported listings before publishing and edit or deactivate them at any time.
You can add up to 13 images to each listing. You can specify the images in the Excel template as a valid URL. (Example: https://www.example.com/image.jpeg).
Alternatively, you can upload the images for each listing individually to your user account. Each image can be a maximum of 10 MB. We accept all common formats (.jpg, .jpeg, .png).
FAQs about listing property
Your listings appear on the Comparis website, on our real estate app, and are automatically sent to people who may be interested via email.
You will be notified by email as soon as your listings have been published. This usually happens within a few minutes.
We automatically deactivate listings after 40 days. We’ll contact you in good time via email to remind you that your listing will soon be deactivated. If you wish, you can extend your listings with just one click.
You can deactivate your listings at any time. To do this, log in to your user account and click on the “Deactivate listing” icon.
This will deactivate your listings on the Comparis website and property app. All your information will remain archived in your user account. This allows you to republish your property listing for free at a later time.
Important: deleting your My Comparis account will not end your listing. If you want to delete your My Comparis account, you should deactivate all listings beforehand.
You decide how interested parties can get in touch with you. By default, interested parties can reach you via a contact form. You will then receive an email from Comparis containing the contact details and the message of the interested person. Your own email address will not be published at any time.
In addition, you can specify a telephone contact (name and telephone number) for viewings. This information appears in the published listing under “contact for viewings”.
You can optionally enter company information (company name, address and telephone number) as well as the contact details of the person who is available for queries on the respective listing. This information appears in the published listing under “contact for viewings”.
Important: any contact details that you provide directly in the description of the property are publicly visible.
You can deactivate your listing at any time in your user account and republish it with just one click whenever you like. All your information is archived in your user account.
