The report includes the projected market value, local price trends, supply and demand insights, a tranquility index, and more. It is interactive, securely stored in your MyComparis account, and available to you without time limits. You can generate unlimited PDF downloads of your report at any time.
You can use the report to better understand the market value of a property and its surroundings. It helps in preparing for a sale, a purchase, refinancing, or simply gaining a data-based perspective on the property.
