Comparis is the largest real estate portal in Switzerland. In other words: Comparis brings together listings from various Swiss property portals in one place. However, Comparis does not own property of its own.

Property seekers can contact advertisers using the information provided. Some listings will show you the contact details directly in the advertisement or contact form. If not, you can find them in the provider’s original listing. The link can be found in each listing.

The Comparis property marketplace contains products from providers that accept quote/contact requests from Comparis, and products from providers that do not accept quote/contact requests from Comparis. The providers use the interface offered by Comparis and/or have published data that Comparis can access. The search results are sorted independently of a paid partnership with comparis.ch. They are displayed in accordance with objective criteria and correspond to the selected filter. Paid product placements are separate from the ranking.

Search alerts ensure that you don’t miss any properties listed on the Swiss property market. If you want to be notified when a new property matching your criteria is listed, you simply need to set up the appropriate search alert.

You can do this as follows:
Enter your preferred filter criteria in the input screen on the results page.
The corresponding search results will then be displayed. You can now click the button “Save as search alert” to be notified as soon as any new properties are listed. Give your search alert a name and choose how often you wish to receive notifications. Click “Create search alert” to save your search alert.

Comparis will then send an email to the email address provided. This is to verify the email address. Once the address has been verified, you will then be notified by email of any listings matching your search criteria.

Comparis receives such a large quantity of data on properties that it is able to display a range of information for each listing. For example, if a home has been advertised before, you can see how the price has changed.

Comparis believes that property listings may be published, and labels and charts used to indicate value for money and price changes. The properties are listed on other public websites at the same time and there is a general private and public interest in displaying their price history. This provides additional assessment criteria (e.g. how the price has changed) for potential tenants or buyers.
