Comparis carries out a non-representative customer satisfaction survey in October every year.
As part of this, Comparis users are encouraged to evaluate their past experiences with their insurer. Analogous to the Swiss school grading system, the ratings are as follows:
5.5-6.0 very good, 5.0-5.4 good, 4.5-4.9 satisfactory, 4.0-4.4 average, 1.0-3.9 poor
These assessments are evaluated and form the basis for provider ratings, which again have an influence on the calculation of the Comparis Ratings in the car insurance comparison.
