    As of January 2026, mortgage interest rates in Switzerland lie between 1.50% and 2,05% for a 10-year fixed-rate mortgage with a mortgage amount of 750,000 Swiss francs. For a Saron mortgage with the same mortgage amount, the interest rate (margin) in Switzerland is currently between 0.64% and 1.20% .

    No one specific bank generally offers the best mortgage rates. The interest rates depend on the mortgage model, the term, the credit rating and the loan-to-value ratio.
