Discount models of Migros Bank
Information
This product is for owner-occupied properties that meet energy-efficiency criteria. When you take out a fixed-rate mortgage, you get an “Eco” discount of 0.15% per year for the first five years maximum. In addition, the costs for Minergie or GEAK certification will be reimbursed once up to max. CHF 2,000 and only 0.5% of the ancillary costs are included in the calculation of affordability. This discount can be combined with the “Start” discount.
