Customer satisfaction survey: the latest Comparis ratings for the top mortgage lenders
This year, Comparis once again canvassed the Swiss population to find out how satisfied borrowers are with Swiss mortgage lenders. In conjunction with market research institute Intervista, it conducted a representative survey of around 3,500 people. The scores were combined to produce the Comparis rating, which is based on the 1-6 grading system used in Swiss schools. The higher the rating, the higher the level of satisfaction.
The following criteria were assessed:
1. Value for money
2. Quality and service
3. Information/communication/transparency
4. Touchpoints and contacts
5. Overall satisfaction.
A weighted average is calculated using criteria 1 to 4 plus 5.
