How do customers rate the service provided by your mortgage lender? Compare customer satisfaction ratings now.
This year, comparis.ch has once again surveyed the Swiss population to assess its level of satisfaction with Swiss mortgage lenders. In June 2019, market research institute «Intervista» canvassed the opinions of over 800 people from all four language regions.
In addition to their overall satisfaction, the respondents rated the following quality criteria:
- Competence and commitment of employees
- Mortgage processing
- Interest rates and fees
- Recommendations based on financial situation
- Clarity and comprehensibility of customer information
Rating scale: 5.5-6 = very good, 5-5.4 = good, 4.5-4.9 = satisfactory, 4-4.4 = adequate, below 4 = poor
All answers from one respondent about a provider are taken to calculate the total rating from the same respondent. A provider's final rating corresponds to the rounded mean value of all these total ratings. The final ratings as given by comparis.ch are based on the Swiss school grading system.
