2. Why should I use Benecasa?
It’s easy: selling a property is hard work and takes a lot of time. The estate agents of Benecasa’s contracting companies can support you throughout the entire selling process, from preparing the required documents through to notarization.
Audited estate agents: Benecasa audits its contracting companies. Benecasa ensures that estate agents have a recognized professional qualification in the real estate industry. At least four years of experience as an estate agent is also a prerequisite for cooperation.
Sales success: selling at too high a price reduces the chance of a sale, and selling at too low a price unnecessarily reduces the amount you earn from the sale. Having your property professionally appraised increases your chances of a successful sale.
3. How does Benecasa earn its money?
When selling real estate, Benecasa receives a share of the profits from the contracting company. This commission is the same for all Benecasa contracting companies.
4. How much does Benecasa’s service cost?
The Benecasa service is free of charge for users. You will only incur costs if you hire one of our contracting companies to sell your property.
5. Who are the Benecasa team?
Benecasa comprises a small interdisciplinary team committed to providing the best possible service in the real estate industry on a daily basis. The company’s employees work in different teams in administration, on the technical processes between Benecasa and Comparis and on the further development of Benecasa’s brokering service.
