Search for your dream apartment or house on Comparis and create a search alert. This will give you a chance to win.
The first prize will be drawn at the end of May 2026. Winners will be notified personally each month. No correspondence will be entered into.
Create a video on TikTok, Instagram, or Facebook and tell us why you should win a month’s rent. Tag the relevant Comparis account, and you will have another chance to win. Important: Your profile must be public. Otherwise, we will not be able to see your post.

The draw is open to anyone resident in Switzerland who is at least 18 years old.
Yes, homeowners who do not have a tenancy can also win. In this case, the monthly mortgage interest payment serves as the reference. The maximum prize is 3,000 Swiss francs.
You can win one month’s rent up to CHF3,000. Winners will be selected on a monthly basis from May 2026 onwards.
You can win by creating a property search alert on comparis.ch. You will then automatically enter the draw for as long as your search alert is active.
You will get an additional chance to win if you post a video on social media (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook) telling us why you should win a month’s rent. Simply tag the relevant Comparis account, and you will have another chance to win. Important: Your profile must be public. Otherwise, we will not be able to see your post.
Winners will be notified personally by email each month. No correspondence will be entered into on any matters arising from the draw.
