Best mobile plan providers in Switzerland 2024
This year in May, together with the market research institute Innofact, for the first time Comparis asked the Swiss population how satisfied they were with the companies and their services.
We assessed the following aspects:
Value for money
Touchpoints and contact
Quality and service
Information and transparency
The participants each gave a rating of 1 (worst) to 6 (best). A rating of 4 means “sufficient”. The overall satisfaction with the company is also assessed on a scale of 1 to 6. These four aspects and overall satisfaction are used to calculate a weighted average.
The new Comparis Label gives an award to the companies with the best ratings:
Companies with a Comparis Rating of 5.5 or higher: platinum
Companies with a Comparis Rating of 5.2 to 5.4: gold
Companies with a Comparis Rating of 5.0 and 5.1: silver
How the new Comparis Label works
The labels are awarded to companies that have received over 30 reviews. For transparency and to show as many providers with as much information as possible, providers with fewer than 30 ratings also received a rating. However, these companies were not awarded labels.
