What you will do
  • Actively help shape an innovative digital platform as part of an interdisciplinary team

  • Work closely and collaboratively with product management, sales, and our User Advisory Team to continuously optimize the customer experience

  • Independently conduct market and competitor analyses to identify new opportunities

  • Support data-based analysis and clearly prepare complex issues as a basis for decision-making

  • Independently handle customer inquiries and, if necessary, forward them to the appropriate departments

What we expect
  • Initial experience in customer success, account management, or a similar field-ideally digital

  • Technical affinity and openness to learning new digital tools and systems

  • Interest in digital platforms and enthusiasm for helping to shape innovative solutions

  • Analytical thinking and the ability to clearly explain complex topics

  • Strong communication skills, team orientation, and an independent work style

  • Very good German skills, English is an advantage

  • Confident use of MS Office; experience with analytics or CRM tools is a plus
