Benecasa is the real estate partner of Comparis. Benecasa forwards the contact details of users who are interested in valuing or selling a property to selected estate agents.
Benecasa receives a commission from the contracting company when a property is sold. The commission is the same for all estate agents who have a contract with Benecasa.
HypoPlus
HypoPlus is the mortgage partner of Comparis. HypoPlus advises interested parties on financing solutions and either directly arranges a mortgage with a selected mortgage institution, or forwards their contact details (in agreement with the customer) to selected contracting companies (e.g. in the case of highly specialized properties).
HypoPlus receives either a commission from the mortgage lender if negotiations are successful, or compensation per lead from the contracting company when contact details are passed on. The advisors at HypoPlus are remunerated regardless of which partner they forward the contact details to or arrange the mortgage with.
The analysis of your personal situation and strategy discussion are free of charge. For subsequent consulting services, HypoPlus charges you a one-time consultation fee of 250 francs.
Optimatis
Optimatis is the brokerage partner of Comparis. Optimatis advises interested parties on insurance solutions, and either refers them directly to a selected insurer, or forwards their contact details to selected contracting companies (link in German).
Optimatis receives a commission from the insurance company when a policy is taken out, or a fee from the contracting company for forwarding contact details (regardless of the conclusion of the contract). Optimatis consultants are remunerated regardless of the amount of commission received.
topmovers
topmovers is the moving partner of Comparis. topmovers forwards the contact details of people looking to move house to the moving and cleaning companies registered on the platform.
Regardless of whether a contract is concluded, topmovers receives a commission from the registered companies for passing contact details on. This commission is the same for all companies registered on the platform.
