As of March 1st, I am looking for a new tenant to take over my bright and cozy 1.5-room apartment in Zurich Altstetten.
The apartment features a very large balcony, offering plenty of space to relax perfect for sunny days and cozy evenings. The location is excellent: several supermarkets (Migros, Coop, and others) are within walking distance, as well as beautiful green areas ideal for walks or outdoor activities.
Public transport connections are outstanding:
- 8 minutes walking distance to Zurich Altstetten train station
- 1 minute to the nearest tram stop
- Several bus connections nearby
The apartment is ideally taken over with most of the existing furniture, making the move-in process easy and convenient.

Die Wohnung überzeugt durch einen sehr grossen Balkon, der viel Platz zum Entspannen bietet perfekt für sonnige Tage oder gemütliche Abende. Die Lage ist ideal: Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Migros, Coop und weitere Supermärkte) befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe, ebenso schöne Naherholungsgebiete für Spaziergänge oder sportliche Aktivitäten im Grünen.
Die Anbindung an den öffentlichen Verkehr ist hervorragend:
- 8 Gehminuten zum Bahnhof Zürich Altstetten
- 1 Minute zur nächsten Tramhaltestelle
- Mehrere Busverbindungen in direkter Umgebung
Die Wohnung soll möglichst mit einem Grossteil der vorhandenen Möbel übernommen werden, was den Einzug besonders unkompliziert macht.
