Die Wohnung befindet sich im 13. Stock und ist hell, ruhig und sehr angenehm im Alltag ideal für eine Person, die eine stilvolle Wohnsituation schätzt, ohne klassische WG-Dynamik.

Das Besondere an diesem Setup:

Du wirst die Wohnung die meiste Zeit alleine nutzen, da ich in dieser Zeit oft unterwegs bin (u.a. Ibiza).

Ich möchte jedoch ein Zimmer als Base behalten, damit ich gelegentlich nach Zürich zurückkommen kann.

In dieser Zeit schlafe ich in meinem Zimmer, respektiere deine Privatsphäre vollständig und bin grundsätzlich sehr diskret und unkompliziert.

Wenn du Besuch hast, kann mein Zimmer bei Bedarf auch als Gästeraum genutzt werden.

I'm subletting a high-quality, fully furnished 3-room apartment in Zurich from now (flexible) until end of July.

The apartment is located on the 13th floor and offers a bright, calm and very comfortable living experience perfect for someone looking for a stylish home without a typical flatshare vibe.

What makes this setup special:

You will have the apartment mostly to yourself, as I will be travelling frequently during this period (incl. Ibiza).

However, I would like to keep one bedroom as my base, so I can occasionally return to Zurich.

When I'm in Zurich, I will stay in my room, fully respect your privacy, and I'm generally very discreet and easy to live with.

If you have guests visiting, my room can also be used as a guest room when I'm not there.
