2 Rooms, 18 m², 2. floor 

I am sub-renting two rooms in my apartment.
Priority is given to people who would start on March 1st, as I am also starting the main rent on that date.
The rooms will be fully furnished with new stuff (the furniture will differ from the pictures since the current tenants will leave the apartment empty).
The flat is divided in: 3 rooms, living room, kitchen, 2 bathrooms, entrance.
The flat in on the second floor.

The rent is as follows:
900fr for the bigger room (light blue curtains)
850fr for the smaller room (single window)

All additional costs (nebenkosten, electricity, heating, internet, tv etc..) are included in the rent.

The flat is located in a very convenient position:
2 min walking to Lindenplatz bus station;
10 min walking to Baden train station
(from Baden train station, the fast train reaches Zurich HB in 15 minutes);
Supermarket, restaurant and gym in the close vicinity.

Despite I am not living in the apartment yet, it is possible to visit the flat.
