Sie befindet sich im ehemaligen Hôtel des Impôts (auch bekannt als Résidence Bellevue) und wurde 2022 vollständig renoviert. Es gibt keinen privaten Parkplatz.
Es handelt sich um ein Verfahren zur vorzeitigen Beendigung (Art. 264 OR) aufgrund eines Umzugs in ein Altenheim. Wir werden die ersten drei vollständigen Dossiers, die wir erhalten, an unsere Verwaltung weiterleiten; die Auswahl des neuen Mieters obliegt dann ausschließlich unserer Verwaltung 061 761 95 02 049 242 87 6d .
