Die Wohnung steht in einem Gewerbehaus, im 3.OG (Warenlift vorhanden) mit weitsicht bei schönen Tagen bis auf die Ruine Baden.
Speziell ist auch die Deckehöhe, die nicht Standart ist sondern ca. 3 Meter hoch.
Einen Kamin ist auch vorhanden sowie auch einen Balkon / Wintergarten.
Coop Tägipark ist 2 Gehminuten entfernt, was auch das Einkaufen praktisch erleichtert.
Verfügbarkeit:
Die Wohnung ist offiziell per Ende September gekündigt.
Ein früherer Bezug zwischen Juni und September ist möglich, abhängig vom Fortschritt der Umbauarbeiten unseres Eigenheims.
Wichtig: Wir können die Wohnung erst übergeben, wenn wir selbst ausziehen können. Daher bevorzugen wir Nachmieter, die zeitlich flexibel sind und die Wohnung kurzfristig oder auch etwas später übernehmen könnten.
