In der neuen Küche macht es Spass feine Menus zuzubereiten. Die Gästetoilette und das Badezimmer sind ebenfalls neu renoviert. Im Wohn- / Esszimmer und Flur ist ein Eichenparkettboden verlegt. Das Elternschlafzimmer und die beiden Kinderzimmer sind mit einem Laminatboden versehen. Ein Kellerabteil, sowie die Mitbenützung des Veloraumes, der Waschküche und des Gartensitzplatzes sind selbstverständlich ebenso im Mietzins eingeschlossen.
Das Ufer des Sempachersees ist nur wenige Meter entfernt. Die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, der Arzt, die Schule und die Postautohaltestelle sind ebenfalls in kurzer Gehdistanz zu erreichen. Keine Haustiere erlaubt.
Nettomietzins: Fr. 1'950.00 plus Fr. 250.00 NK (pauschal).
