Ich suche nach einer Nachmieter*in für mein günstiges WG-Zimmer in einer 4er WG nahe zur Altstadt.
Die Wohnung befindet sich unmittelbar bei der Haltestelle St.Gallen Schülerhaus.
Du würdest mit einem Masterstudierendem, einem Doktoranden und einer Bachelorstudierenden zusammen wohnen.
Die Miete beträgt 421.25 CHF.
Alle Zwei Monate kommen für Energie und Wasser 35 CHF dazu.
Die Übernahme für die Möbel in meinem Zimmer: Bett inkl. Matratze, Arbeitstisch, 2 Stühle, Schrankgestell, zweites grosses Gestell, Schreibtischgestell/Nachtischgestell, Kleiderständer mit Haken. Würde ich dir für 250 CHF verkaufen.
Zudem könntest du für 150 CHF meinen Anteil an den Wohnzimmermöbeln, sowie alle sonstigen Einrichtungs-/Gebrauchsgegenstände übernehmen.
Die Wohnung hat einen Keller und ein Dachabteil, wo du deine Sachen bspw. dein Fahrrad lagern kannst.
Du würdest den Hauptmietvertrag übernehmen und wärst dabei Ansprechpartner für die Hausverwaltung. Ich hatte kaum Kontakt mit der Hausverwaltung, es ist dementsprechend recht entspannt.
Das Zimmer wäre ab sofort verfügbar, die Hauptmiete würdest du ab Ende Februar übernehmen, d.h. du wärst ab März der neue Hauptmieter.

Dear prospective tenant,
I am looking for a new tenant for my affordable room in a 4-person shared apartment near the old town.
The apartment is located right next to the St. Gallen Schülerhaus tram stop.
You would be living with a master's student, a doctoral student, and a bachelor's student.
The rent is CHF 421.25.
Every two months, CHF 35 is added for energy and water.
The furniture in my room is included: bed with mattress, desk, 2 chairs, wardrobe frame, second large frame, desk frame/bedside table frame, coat rack with hooks. I would sell it to you for CHF 250.
In addition, you could take over my share of the living room furniture and all other furnishings/utility items for CHF 150.
The apartment has a basement and an attic where you can store your belongings, such as your bicycle.
You would take over the main lease and be the contact person for the property management company. I had very little contact with the property management company, so it's quite relaxed.
The room would be available immediately, and you would take over the main rent at the end of February, meaning you would be the new main tenant from March.
