Wir vermieten unsere helle, möblierte 3-Zimmer-Wohnung im Hochparterre zur Untermiete vom 20. Oktober 2026 bis 16. April 2027. Die Wohnung bietet viel Tageslicht und eignet sich ideal für Paare oder eine WG mit zwei Personen.
Sie verfügt über ein Badezimmer sowie zwei separate WCs. Ein Balkon mit Tischchen und Grill lädt zum Verweilen ein. Die Wohnung ist liebevoll eingerichtet und mit vielen Zimmer- und Balkonpflanzen ausgestattet – wir wünschen uns Untermieter:innen, die während unserer Abwesenheit gerne zu den Pflanzen schauen.
Die Wohnung liegt im lebendigen Länggasse-Quartier, in unmittelbarer Nähe zur Universität, Cafés und Restaurants, mit sehr guter Anbindung an den öffentlichen Verkehr. Der Bahnhof Bern ist in ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar.
Haustiere sind nicht erlaubt.
