Wir sind eine Familie von 3, bald 4.
Wir sind derzeit in Fribourg und möchten nach La Chaux-de-Fonds ziehen, um näher bei einem Familienmitglied zu sein, das gesundheitliche Probleme hat. Wir sind Nichtraucher und haben keine Haustiere.
Wir suchen daher eine Wohnung:
* Mindestens 4 Zimmer mit Außenbereich, wo wir einen Kräutergarten oder einen Balkon für das Pflanzen in Töpfen anlegen können.
* Mit guter Anbindung an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel.
* Ideal: Nach der Numa-Droz-Straße in Richtung Muzoo/Wald.
* Gut isoliert (thermisch und schalltechnisch), ruhig.
* Waschmaschine oder Möglichkeit, eine Waschmaschine zu installieren.
* Eine ordentliche Internetverbindung.
* Parkplatz inklusive oder in der Nähe (weiße Zonen).
* Idealer Mietpreis: max. 1700.- inkl. Nebenkosten. (zu verhandeln)
Umzug geplant für Juni 2026.
