Die Wohnung ist 55 m² groß, südlich ausgerichtet und verfügt über einen 10 m² großen Balkon mit Blick auf einen großen öffentlichen Garten. Dank dessen ist die Wohnung wunderbar sonnig und die Nachbarschaft sehr ruhig.
Lage: Letzigrund / Hardbrücke
3 Minuten zu Fuß zur Tram 2, 6 Minuten zu Fuß zum Albisriederplatz (Tram 3, Bus 72/33), 10 Minuten zu Fuß zum Bahnhof Hardbrücke. Die Gegend ist sehr günstig, mit Supermärkten (Migros, Coop), Apotheken und anderen wichtigen Geschäften direkt um die Ecke. Es gibt auch mehrere Fitnessstudios in der Nähe und die Langstrasse mit ihren Cafés, Bars und Restaurants ist nur einen kurzen Spaziergang entfernt.
Die Wohnung umfasst: Wohnzimmer, Schlafzimmer, Küche (mit Geschirrspüler), Badezimmer mit WC, Balkon
Die Waschmaschine ist gemeinsam nutzbar, ohne Zeitplan - normalerweise ist sie verfügbar.
Keine Haustiere erlaubt. Optional: Privatparkplatz in der Tiefgarage für einen zusätzlichen Kostenbeitrag verfügbar.
