Das Zimmer gehört zu einer gemütlichen 3.5-Zimmer-Wohnung im 2. Stock mit Balkon. Du würdest die Wohnung mit einer 30-jährigen, berufstätigen Frau teilen, die eine ruhige, spannende und unkomplizierte 2er-WG schätzt mit gelegentlichem gemeinsamen Kochen, Spaziergängen, Sport oder spannenden Gesprächen.
Du bist idealerweise ungefähr im selben Alter, ordentlich und berufstätig. Du hast Interesse an einem guten Zusammenleben, schätzt aber auch Freiraum und Privatsphäre.
Das Zimmer ist ca. 15 m² gross und kann möbeliert übernommen werden. Zur gemeinsamen Nutzung stehen Wohnzimmer, Küche, Bad, Balkon, ein grosser Estrich sowie ein Kellerraum zur Verfügung. Haustiere sind erlaubt.
Das Zimmer kann entweder
\- befristet und möbliert für ca. 2-5 Monate gemietet werden (Preis leicht verhandelbar),
oder
\- langfristig und unbefristet (ab sofort oder 1. März), da der aktuelle Mieter ins Ausland geht und danach eine neue Wohnung bezieht.
