Die Wohnung hat sehr viel Charme. Im Wohn- und Esszimmer sowie im Schlafzimmer wurden Laminatböden verlegt. Die Küche ist etwas älter, bietet aber alles Nötige. Das Badezimmer ist hell und verfügt über eine Dusche.
