Ich bin auf der Suche nach einem/r Mitbewohner/in in meiner voll eingerichteten 5-Zimmer-Wohnung (ca.120qm) in Kilchberg.

Vermietet werden **zwei verbundene Zimmer** (ca. 30qm) im 1. Stock eines Altbaus an der Schwandenstrasse 29 in Kilchberg.

Die Wohnung liegt in ruhiger, grüner Lage und bietet grosszügige Zimmer mit Holzparkettboden, hohen Decken und grossen Fenstern, die viel Tageslicht hereinlassen. Der Balkon (mit Grill und Liege) bietet Blick auf den Zürichsee, der in 6 Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar ist (kostenlose Bademöglichkeiten, sowie die kostenpflichtige Seebadi Kilchberg mit Hiltl).

Die Bushaltestelle Schoorenstrasse (Bus 163 an den Bahnhof Kilchberg) ist nur 2 Minuten zu Fuss, die Bushaltestelle Lindt & Sprüngli (Bus 165 direkt in die Stadt, an den Bürkliplatz) ist 6 Minuten zu Fuss, und die Bushaltestelle Auf Brunnen (Bus 165 direkt in die Stadt, an den Bürkliplatz) ist ebenfalls 6 Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar. Der Bahnhof Kilchberg (regelmässige Direktverbindungen an Enge, Zurich HB, Örlikon) ist in 10 Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar. Ebenfalls ist die Schiffstation Kilchberg ZH 12 Minuten entfernt.
Für den täglichen Bedarf steht am Bahnhof Kilchberg ein Voi (=Migros), ein Coop und eine Bäckerei zur Verfügung. Oberhalb der Bushaltestelle Auf Brunnen findet sich ebenfalls ein Denner (ca. 15 Minuten zu Fuss). Ein tolles Cafe (geöffnet unter der Woche) findet sich 5 zwischen dem Bahnhof und der Wohnung.

Die Wohnung ist perfekt für alle, die das ruhige, grüne Wohnen am See schätzen und dennoch eine gute Anbindung an Zürich wünschen. Auch sind die günstigen Steuern nicht zu vernachlässigen. ;)

I am looking for a flatmate to share my fully furnished 5-room apartment (approx. 120 sqm) in Kilchberg.

**Two connected rooms** (approx. 30 sqm) on the first floor of a period building at Schwandenstrasse 29 in Kilchberg are available for rent.

The apartment is located in a quiet, green area and offers spacious rooms with wooden parquet floors, high ceilings, and large windows that let in plenty of natural light. The balcony (with a grill and sun lounger) offers a view of Lake Zurich, which can be reached on foot in 6 minutes (free swimming spots as well as the paid Seebadi Kilchberg with Hiltl restaurant).

The Schoorenstrasse bus stop (Bus 163 to Kilchberg train station) is only a 2-minute walk away. The Lindt & Sprüngli bus stop (Bus 165 directly into the city to Bürkliplatz) is a 6-minute walk away, as is the Auf Brunnen bus stop (Bus 165 directly into the city to Bürkliplatz). Kilchberg train station (regular direct connections to Enge, Zurich HB, and Oerlikon) can be reached in 10 minutes on foot. The Kilchberg ZH ferry terminal is also 12 minutes away.

For daily needs, the Kilchberg train station offers a Voi (=Migros), a Coop, and a bakery. There is also a Denner supermarket above the Auf Brunnen bus stop (about a 15-minute walk). A great café (open on weekdays) is located between the station and the apartment, about a 5-minute walk away.

The apartment is perfect for anyone who appreciates quiet, green living by the lake while still wanting good connections to Zurich. The low local taxes are also worth mentioning. ;)
