Tausche 3.5-Zimmer-Wohnung in Zürich
Ich biete meine 3.5-Zimmer-Wohnung in Zürich, Kreis 10 zum Tausch an. Die Wohnung hat eine Fläche von ca. 80 m². Die Miete beträgt CHF 1500. Ich suche eine Wohnung in Zürich mit mindestens 3 Zimmern und einer maximalen Miete von CHF 2500. Die Wohnung ist relativ alt dafür auch günstig und relativ gross :)
Es gibt einen Garten im Innenhof zur Mitbenutzung jedoch wurde es bis jetzt nur von uns und einer weiteren Partei benutzt :)
Einen Balkon hat es ebenfalls, jedoch ist dieser in Richtung Rosengartenstrasse weshalb es nicht wirklich zum verweilen einlädt.
Wir suchen eine Wohnung etwas zentraler in Wipkingen oder Örlikon. Mindestens 3 Zimmer und maximal 2’500 Miete. Wir möchten unsere Wohnung tauschen da wir mittlerweile die Finanziellen Mittel haben uns etwas teuereres zu leisten und die Wohnung gerne Personen überlassen möchten die eine günstige Wohnung benötigen.
