Im Gegenzug biete ich eine einzigartige 1,5-Zimmer-Loft im Kreis 6 an. Die Wohnung hat 70 m² und eine Miete von 2650 CHF (inkl NK). Sie verfügt über einen grossen Garten, viele Fenster und liegt wie ein kleines Häusschen alleine für sich in einem ruhigen Hinterhof.
Modernes Bad und Küche. Riesiger Keller.
3min zu fuss von Tram und Bus. Ende Jahr werden im Schnitt ca 800.- aus dem Nebenkostenkonto zurückbezahlt. Option zur Übernahme einer schalldichten Holzbox (5qm), welche als Gäste- oder Kinderzimmer, Büro oder begehbarer Kleiderschrank dienen kann.
Eigentümerschaft wohnt im Nachbarsgebäude und ist sehr freundlich und wohlwollen.
