A partire da fine marzo 2026 (23° ma trattabile), si libera una stanza in un appartamento condiviso a Berna, in Stöckackerstrasse 97A, al 3° piano.

L’appartamento è un 4,5 locali di 90m², condiviso con due ragazzi dottorandi, uno ticinese e uno italiano. Gli spazi comuni sono molto confortevoli: il soggiorno è ampio e luminoso, la cucina è abbastanza nuova e ha uno spazio per mangiare insieme, e ci sono due bagni (uno condiviso e uno privato in un'altra stanza). C’è anche un balcone moderatamente ampio, soleggiato dalla tarda mattinata fino al tramonto, perfetto soprattutto per la bella stagione.

Al piano -1 si trovano lo spazio per le biciclette e la lavanderia, attrezzata con due lavatrici, due asciugatrici e due stenditoi. Possono essere utilizzati tutti i giorni tranne la domenica dalle 7 alle 22 e le prenotazioni sono flessibili.

Dal punto di vista dei trasporti, la posizione è molto comoda. La fermata del tram Bümpliz Unterführung (linea 7 e linea 8) si trova proprio sotto casa e permette di raggiungere la stazione centrale e l’università in 12 minuti. In alternativa, si può arrivare in bicicletta in circa 15-20 minuti. Per chi preferisce il treno, ci sono due stazioni vicine:

- Stöckacker, a 5 minuti a piedi (con treni ogni 30 minuti verso la stazione centrale).

- Europaplatz, a 7 minuti a piedi, con collegamenti più frequenti sia per il centro di Berna che per Friburgo e altre città vicine.

L’affitto mensile è di 646 CHF. In caso di trasloco, è richiesto un preavviso di 3 mesi, da dare entro la fine del mese. La stanza rimarrà arredata, con un letto, un materasso, un comò, una sedia e uno scaffale disponibili al prezzo di 150 CHF.

Starting end of March (23rd but negotiable), this room will be available in a shared apartment in Bern, on the 3rd floor of Stöckackerstrasse 97A.

The apartment is a 4.5-room (90m²) flat, shared with two PhD students—one from Ticino and one from Italy. The common areas are very comfortable: the living room is spacious and bright, the kitchen is fairly new with a dining area, and there are two bathrooms (one shared and one private in another room). There is also a moderately sized balcony, which gets sunlight from late morning until sunset—perfect for the warmer seasons.

On the -1 floor, there is a bicycle storage area and a laundry room equipped with two washing machines, two dryers, and two drying racks. These facilities are available every day from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM, except on Sundays, and reservations are flexible.

The location is very convenient in terms of public transport. The Bümpliz Unterführung tram stop (line 7 and line 8) is right below the apartment and provides a 12-minute ride to the main train station and the university. Alternatively, it takes about 15-20 minutes by bike. For those who prefer the train, there are two nearby stations: Stöckacker, a 5-minute walk away (with trains running every 30 minutes to the main station).

Europaplatz, a 7-minute walk away, offering more frequent connections to the city center, Fribourg, and other nearby towns.

The monthly rent is 646 CHF. If moving out, a 3-month notice is required, to be given by the end of the month. The room will remain furnished, with a bed, mattress, dresser, a chair, and a shelf available for 150 CHF.
