Das Nah-Erholungsgebiet ist um die Ecke (Feldwege, Waldabschnitte, Uebeschi- und Amsoldingersee). Im Quartier befinden sich zwei Bushaltestellen. Mit dem Bus ist man in 12 Minuten am Bahnhof Thun. In 5 Minuten ist die Autobahnauffahrt erreichbar.
Die Wohnung ist vor zwei Jahren mit viel Liebe frisch renoviert worden und ist dementsprechend in tadellosem Zustand. Die Wohnung verfügt über ein grosszügiges, lichtdurchflutetes Schlafzimmer (15.0qm), ein Wohnzimmer (15.4qm) mit geräumigem Balkon, hochwertigen Böden, einer Küche (8.2qm) mit moderner Ausstattung und viel Stauraum und ein Bad (3.4qm) mit WC, Dusche und Waschmaschine.
