Die Wohnung ist sehr gut gelegen, da sie direkt an einer Bushaltestelle liegt und der Bahnhof Dübendorf nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt ist (7-8 Minuten). Von der Wohnung aus sind es 20 Minuten bis zum HB und 15 Minuten bis zum Bahnhof Oerlikon. Mit dem Bus erreicht man das Einkaufszentrum Dietlikon (Coop, Aldi, IKEA, Pathé, Clever Fit, usw.) innerhalb von 5 Minuten. Der nahegelegene Wald ist ideal für Spaziergänge und Jogging.

**EN:** I'm looking for a new tenant to take over my cozy yet modern, 3.5-room apartment, from March 1st. The apartment is very well located, as it's right in front of a bus stop and Dübendorf train station is just a short walk away (7-8min). It takes 20min to HB and 15min Oerlikon train station from the apartment. With the bus, you can reach Dietlikon shopping area (Coop, Aldi, IKEA, Pathé, Clever Fit, etc.) in 5 min. The woods nearby is perfect for walks/jogging.
