Aufgrund einer Absage vermiete ich mein Zimmer in einer Wohngemeinschaft mit zwei Personen in Lausanne für die Monate Februar und März. ??
Miete 730.- pro Monat.
Möglichkeit, das Zimmer nur für den Monat Februar oder März zu untervermieten (bevorzugt beide).
Die Wohnung liegt in der Nähe von Beaulieu, 5 Minuten zu Fuß von den Buslinien 4, 21, 2 und 9. 15 Minuten zu Fuß vom Stadtzentrum von Lausanne und der Metro-Station m2 Riponne-M-Béjart und m1 Vigie ?
5 Minuten zu Fuß von der Coop und Migros Bergières, dem Denner St-Paul.
20-25 Minuten mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln vom CHUV, 5 Minuten zu Fuß vom Krankenhaus Jules-Gonin.
Das Zimmer ist möbliert und nur für diese zwei Monate verfügbar. ?
Es gibt eine Eingangshalle, eine Küche und ein Badezimmer als gemeinsame Räume.
Während des Monats März vermietet meine Mitbewohnerin ihr Zimmer auch an zwei deutsche Studentinnen, eine Verhandlung über den Mietpreis für diesen Monat ist möglich, bei 630.-.
