Recherche appartement 2.5 à 3p
J'habite actuellement à Chancy et je souhaite trouver un appartement plus proche de la ville afin de me rapprocher de mes activités, amis et famille.
Je travaille à temps partiel chez Flyingtiger Copenhaguen et je suis également indépendant énergéticien avec le statut RI, déclaré. Je donne également des cours de danse côté France également déclarés.
Je cherche un appartement de 2.5 à 3p pour un budget entre 850 et 1000chf, avec une chambre séparée du lieu de vie ( salon/cuisine). S'il y a un balcon j'en serais ravi.
Ma zone de recherche est la suivante : Bernex Confignon, Onex, Lancy à Genève, Saint Jean, Vernier , Servette, Carouge, Perly et plan les ouates, je reste cependant ouvert à d'autres localisations à Genève.
Je suis quelqu'un de calme et respectueux. Malgré un revenu encore variable je tends à grandir dans mon indépendance et je n'aurais aucun soucis à payer le loyer.
