Hey, ich biete meine 80 m² große Wohnung im lebhaften Zürich, Kreis 4 zum Tausch an. Sie hat 3 Zimmer und kostet 1850 CHF inkl. Miete. Die Nachbarn sind sehr nett. Obwohl mitten im Kreis 4 ist es eine sehr ruhige Ecke. Tram 8,3,2 und Bus 31 sind in der nähe.
Ich brauche etwas kleineres. Es wäre toll, eine passende Wohnung in Zürich zu finden, die nicht mehr als 1500 CHF kostet und mindestens 1.5 Zimmer sowie 30 m² bietet. Ich freue mich auf den Kontakt und einen möglichen Tausch! Weitere Infos können gerne nachgereicht werden.
