Hallo, ich suche einen Mitbewohner für eine 3,5-Zimmer-Wohnung in Vevey. Die Wohnung liegt 100 m vom See entfernt, 8 Minuten vom Bahnhof und 3 Minuten von der Bushaltestelle. Die Wohnung ist möbliert, das Zimmer kann möbliert oder unmöbliert sein, je nach Vorliebe der Person.
Das Zimmer kostet 750 CHF + 180 CHF Nebenkosten. In den Nebenkosten sind alles inklusive (WLAN, Wäsche, Seraf, TV, Heizung, Warmwasser und Strom).
Das Zimmer ist sofort oder nach Vereinbarung verfügbar.
Die Wohnung wird mit mir, einer 38-jährigen Frau und zwei liebevollen Katzen, geteilt :) Ich schätze die Zusammenleben und freue mich auf gemeinsame Momente, während ich gleichzeitig meine Autonomie habe.
