Die Wohnung bietet sehr schöne Räumlichkeiten und besteht aus:

? einer separaten Küche,
? einem großen, sehr angenehmen Wohnzimmer.

Die Fotos wurden an einem Tag aufgenommen, an dem das Wetter bewölkt war, was die geringere Helligkeit erklärt. Normalerweise nimmt die Wohnung sehr gut das natürliche Licht auf: sobald die Sonne vorhanden ist, sind die Räume hell.

Die Wohnung liegt mitten im Herzen von Lausanne, nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß von der Place de la Riponne und 10 Minuten vom Bahnhof und der Place Saint-François entfernt.

- Miete: CHF 1'830.- pro Monat
- Enthält alle Nebenkosten: Wasser, Heizung, Instandhaltung der Gemeinschaftsräume usw.

- Wohnung vermietet ohne Möbel.
