The apartment is around 100 sqm, newly built in 2024, over 2 floors. I live upstairs. One extra room is set up as a home office and can be shared.
I am 37 m and looking for someone around 30 or older. This is not about the rent. I will cover the larger share. What matters to me is the living setup. I am still close friends with most former flatmates and would like to keep that streak going.
