Mit dem Velo ca. 10 Minuten vom HB entfernt, ansonsten sehr gut mit dem ÖV erreichbar (Manesseplatz, Giesshübel, Schmiede Wiedikon). Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (z. B. Coop) und Restaurants sind in kurzer Gehdistanz, und gleichzeitig ist man schnell im Grünen.
Die Wohnung ist hell, mit Morgensonne auf der einen Seite und Abendlicht auf der anderen, verfügt über zwei Balkone und eine voll ausgestattete Küche mit Geschirrspüler. Zudem gibt es ein Estrich- und Kellerabteil sowie eine gemeinsame Waschküche mit Waschplan.
