Küche und Bad haben einen einfachen Ausbaustandard, Waschküche wird im Haus geteilt. Nach Bedarf kann ich bspw. noch einen Schreibtisch reinstellen, WiFi ist natürlich vorhanden. Das Highlight: Die zwei grossen Balkone.
