Ein unkompliziertes und vertrauensvolles Zusammenwohnen, idealerweise langfristig. Da ich 3 Tage pro Woche Homeoffice mache, lege ich Wert auf eine ruhige Umgebung. Es sollte eine angenehme Atmosphäre mit offener transparenter Kommunikation sein, in der man sich wohlfült. Natürlich hat jeder seine Privatsphäre. Sauberkeit und eine gewisse Grundordnung sind selbstverständlich.
