Ich suche ab dem 28.01.26 einen Nachmieter für meine 2 Zimmer Wohnung in Stein am Rhein.
Wohnung mit Blick auf den Rhein.
Waschturm und tumbler in der Wohnung.
Die Wohnung ist in der Stadtmitte.
Der Bahnhof ist 8 Minuten von der Wohnung entfernt.
Wohnung aus erstbezug.
Möbel außer das Bett können gerne per Absprache übernommen werden.
Auf Wunsch kann ein Garagenstellplatz 2minuten entfernt in der Straße für 120-fr im Monat mitübernommen werden.
Ich war 1 Jahr in der Wohnung und ziehe in eine größere Wohnung für Familienplanung , weshalb ich einen Nachmieter suche.
Verfügbar ab 28. Januar 2026 - eine seltene Gelegenheit, in einer der schönsten Altstädte der Schweiz zu wohnen!
