Das Gebäude hat vor der Haustür eine Bushaltestelle, die direkt mit dem Bahnhof verbunden ist und sich nur wenige Schritte vom Stadtzentrum, dem Lido und verschiedenen Geschäften entfernt befindet.
Vorrang für den, der den Schrank im Schlafzimmer (auf dem Foto) behält (Zustand wie neu), Preis zu vereinbaren.
