Gegenüber der Wohnung befindet sich ein Migros (geöffnet bis 21 Uhr), Coop ist 7 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt und ein Kiosk befindet sich im selben Gebäude. Die Post und der Bahnhof Wiedikon sind 2 Minuten mit der Tram oder 7 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt.
Die Tramlinien 9 und 14 sind direkt vor der Tür und bieten eine gute Verbindung in die Stadt bei Stauffacher.
Im Keller stehen 4 Waschmaschinen und Trockner zur Verfügung, ohne Waschplatz, so dass es sehr einfach ist, Ihre Wäsche zu waschen.
Ich bitte um eine Kaution von 500 CHF, die Sie zurückbekommen, wenn Sie die Wohnung ohne größere Schäden zurückgeben. Ich bitte auch, dass Sie meine Putzfrau organisieren und bezahlen, um eine abschließende Reinigung von mindestens 4 Stunden vor dem Auszug durchzuführen.
Alle Nebenkosten, Internet und Kabel-TV sind im monatlichen Mietpreis included.
