In 10 Minuten bist du mit dem Velo in Wiedikon
Der Hauptbahnhof ist in ca. 20 Minuten erreichbar (Velo oder ÖV)
Die Tram 7 und der Bus 72 fahren direkt hier
Zu mir:
Ich bin 35, weiblich, gerade dabei, mein eigenes Unternehmen aufzubauen, und liebe einen aktiven Lebensstil: Snowboarden, Rennvelo, Trailrunning, Schwimmen, Yoga, Surfen, und ich bin gerne mit Freund*innen unterwegs.
Ich mag ein herzliches, entspanntes und unkompliziertes Zusammenleben gern mal etwas zusammen unternehmen, aber genauso wichtig ist, dass jeder sein eigenes Ding machen kann.

I'm looking for a flatmate (m/f) from February 1st for a cozy 2-person shared apartment. The move-in date is flexible by arrangement if needed, but no later than March 1st.
The apartment is about 90 m², and the room is roughly 15m² (3 ×5 m). We have three balconies, a shared garden, a truly great neighborhood, and even a lake view from the apartment.
Location & Surroundings:
5 minutes by bike to Migros, Aldi, Coop, and the lake
10 minutes to Wiedikon by bike
20 minutes to Zurich HB (by bike or public transport)
Tram 7 and Bus 72 stop right outside
About me:
I'm 35, female, currently building my own company, and I love staying active: snowboarding, road cycling, trail running, swimming, yoga, surfing, and spending time with friends.
I enjoy a warm, relaxed, and uncomplicated flat share happy to do things together, but it's just as important that everyone has their own space and does their own thing.
