Die Küche hat einen Induktionsherd, Backofen, Geschirrspüler, Dampfabzug, grosser Kühlschrank und Gefrierfach. Gewisse Möbelstücke können, falls gewünscht, übernommen werden.
Das Haus wurde im 2021 komplett renoviert. Der Waschturm mit Tumbler und Waschmaschine sind pro 3 Wohnungen gemeinsam und mit zwei sehr angenehmen Nachbarn kann problemlos immer gewaschen werden. Ein Kellerabteil im UG gehört zusätzlich zur Wohnung sowie ein abgeschlossener Veloraum für alle Bewohner.
Der Bahnhof Pfäffikon sowie Coop/Migros sind nur 5 Minuten zu Fuss entfernt, Zugang zum Pfäffikersee ist ebenfalls nur 8 Minuten zu Fuss. Schulen, Läden, Restaurants ebenfalls nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt.
Ein Parkplatz kann bei Bedarf ebenfalls gemietet werden, Mietzins 50 CHF/Monat.
Die Wohnung ist ideal für Singles oder Paare. Haustiere sind erlaubt.
