Die Wohnung ist ideal gelegen: Post, Apotheke und Bus sind direkt vor der Tür, Coop und Migros sind weniger als 300m entfernt. Grünflächen (Fluss) sind auch in der Nähe.
Sie befindet sich im Erdgeschoss und verfügt über eine geräumige Terrasse mit einem kleinen Garten vor einem Weinberg, es gibt keine anderen Gebäude direkt gegenüber. Da sie auf der gegenüberliegenden Seite der Straße liegt, ist sie ziemlich ruhig. Das Gebäude wurde kürzlich renoviert. Waschraum im Gebäude, der turnusmäßig genutzt wird. In der Wohnung gibt es 2 große Räume (Wohnzimmer + Schlafzimmer), eine separate Küche, Bad und einen Eingangsbereich. Es gibt zwei kleine Einbauschränke im Eingangsbereich und einen großen im Schlafzimmer (Sie benötigen keinen eigenen Schrank). Bad und Küche sind altmodisch, aber in excellentem Zustand.
Gesamtkosten CHF 980.- pro Monat, die sich wie folgt aufteilen:

- Nebenkosten CHF 150.-
- Parkplatz CHF 30.-
