Sie ist sehr hell, hat einen grossen Balkon (südseitig), ein Wohnzimmer, eine Küche und ein Badzimmer mit Dusche.

La chambre mesure environ 13 mètres carrés, n'est pas meublée, a une armoire encastrée, un beau parquet (refait) et donne sur une rue de quartier calme (impasse). L'appartement ancien totalement rénové dispose de 3,5 pièces au total et se trouve au premier étage. Il est très lumineux et a un grand balcon (côté sud), un salon, une cuisine et une salle de bain avec douche.

The room is approximately 13 square metres in size, unfurnished, has a built-in wardrobe, beautiful parquet flooring (newly laid) and faces the quiet neighbourhood street (dead end). The completely renovated old building apartment has a total of 3.5 rooms and is on the first floor. It is very bright, has a large balcony (south-facing), a living room, a kitchen and a bathroom with shower.

Ich (m) bin 34 Jahre alt, Lehrperson, treibe viel Sport, velobegeistert, bastle gerne & lese viel, mag den persönlichen Austausch, brauche die Natur ebenso wie das Sofa. Die Wohnung als kleine Oase im Alltag ist mir wichtig. Meine Muttersprache ist Deutsch, aber ich spreche gerne - wenn auch nicht immer ganz korrekt - Französisch und Englisch : )

J ai 34 ans, enseignant, je fais beaucoup de sport, je suis passionné de vélo, j aime bien bricoler et lire, j apprécie les échanges personnels, j'ai autant besoin de la nature que de mon canapé. Mon appartement est pour moi une petite oasis au quotidien. Ma langue maternelle est l allemand, mais je parle volontiers le français et l anglais, même si ce n est pas toujours de manière tout à fait correcte : )
