Ich ziehe leider von der wunderschönen Wohnung in Zollikon aus, daher suche ich einen Nachmieter/-in ab März 2026!

Idealerweise wäre es perfekt, wenn jemand z.B. in Hirslanden Klinik, Spital Balgrist oder Zollikerberg schafft. :-)

Gerade ist das ganze Haus im Prozess der Isolierung der Wänden, aber es soll kein Problem sein, drin zu wohnen. Haustiere sind nicht erlaubt, für ein Person und Nicht- Raucher wurde die Wohnung gemietet.

Der Boden ist Fliesen, aber es gibt Fußbodenheizung.

Die ÖV Verbindung ist super nach Zürich! Es gibt direkte Bushaltestelle von 2 Min von Wohnung raus.

Für weitere Fragen stehe ich Ihnen sonst gerne zur Verfügung.

Hi everyone,I will unfortunately be moving out of my beautiful apartment in Zollikon and am therefore looking for a new tenant from March 2026.Ideally, this would be perfect for someone working at Hirslanden Clinic, Balgrist Hospital, or Zollikerberg Hospital. :-)The whole building is currently undergoing wall insulation renovations, but it should not be a problem to live there during this time.Pets are not allowed, and the apartment is rented for one person only and for non-smokers.The flooring is tiled, but there is underfloor heating.Public transport connections to Zurich are excellent!
