In meiner schönen 5-Zimmer-Wohnung in Neuenhof werden ab dem 01.03.2026 zwei WG-Zimmer frei. Ich suche zwei neue Mitbewohnerinnen oder Mitbewohner, die langfristig bleiben möchten und gut in eine ruhige und ordentliche WG passen.
Ich bin 29, arbeite Vollzeit und schätze ein sauberes Zuhause sowie ein entspanntes Miteinander. Die Wohnung ist komplett möbliert, ausser den beiden freien Zimmern. Die Lage ist ruhig, grün und direkt an der Limmat.
Was dich erwartet:
Wunderschöne Lage direkt an der Limmat
Bahnhof Wettingen ca. 8 Minuten zu Fuss, Bushaltestelle 3 Minuten, Lidl und Fitnessstudio ca. 10 Minuten
Mit dem Zug bist du in 25 Minuten am HB Zürich
Alle Räume ausser den privaten Zimmern können mitbenutzt werden
Alle zwei Wochen kommt eine Putzfrau (mittwochs)
WLAN, Waschmaschine und Tumbler vorhanden
Einzug ist ab dem 01.03.2026 möglich
Ein Tiefgaragenplatz kann bei Bedarf gemietet werden

Ich suche nur Leute, die an einem langfristigen Mietverhältnis interessiert sind. Kurzzeitmiete ist nicht möglich.

Hey everyone
In my beautiful 5-room apartment in Neuenhof, two rooms will become available from March 1st, 2026. I’m looking for two new flatmates who are interested in a long-term rental and who appreciate a calm and tidy shared home.
I’m 29, working full-time, and I value a clean apartment and a relaxed atmosphere. The flat is fully furnished except for the two available rooms. It’s in a quiet and green area right next to the river.
What you can expect
Beautiful location directly by the Limmat
Wettingen train station is about 8 minutes on foot, bus stop 3 minutes, Lidl
and gym around 10 minutes
25 minutes to Zurich HB by train
All rooms except the private ones are shared
Wi-Fi, washing machine and dryer are available
Move-in date is March 1st, 2026
Underground parking is available for rent if needed

I’m only looking for people who are interested in a long-term rental. Short-term stays are not possible.
