Top floor apartment near everything you need - from 23.01 until 24.02
It has 3 rooms, but I intend to keep the very small one closed, and store my belongings, so you would have more space for yourself. The advertised price is without the small, third, room, but if you want this extra room too, we can negotiate the price.
The balcony is really big (about 14m²). The livingroom and bedroom are also quite big and get sun the entire afternoon. I have a big freezer (4 drawers) that you can use. The bed is 2x2m - so, really big! I also have a single bed and two single mattresses available.
It is possible to negotiate the dates, so just let me know what your needs are! :)
Ideally someone who enjoys plants, as I have many, both in the apartment, and in the improvised greenhouse that I set on the balcony.
It can easily accommodate a couple plus a person, and it can be negotiated for a third room, to then easily accommodate four people.
